[1.16.5-9.1.3] - PokeGift not craftable fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
Playing on a friends server and have tried making PokeGifts so we don't have to catch something to trade but noticed that for some reason they are not craftable.

When checking in JEI it says that I don't have cherish balls to craft the item when i had them in my inventory.

Made another mod install with just pixelmon Reforged mods to verify it was not any extra mods we had installed before reporting.

This seemed to have been overlooked when we updated the Pokeball NBT data.
