[9.1.4] Forms already fixed

Ticket description:
Griseous Core, Adamant Crystal. and Lustrous Globe. don't change Dialga, Giratina and Palkia form, it just consumes the item

still an issue in 9.1.5 as reported by "axel_vixen#6899" on the Limitless Pixelmon server

Please update your Pixelmon version.

Adamant Crystal, Lustrous Globe, and Griseous Core are now working as intended, as they now correctly change the forms. Furthermore, these items currently are one-time use.
