[9.1.5] Dojo towers bug out on first floor not a bug

Ticket description:
Just was trying my first tower but I ended up being low level so I went back after grinding up until 90-100 level Pokemon. I beat the first floor guy but then waited like 15 seconds before going upstairs (and I tried teleporting back and healing my Pokemon) and the guy engaged battle with me again after I already beat him (twice beaten now).

It just seems to repeat for the guy.

As you can see in the video, I beat the first floor but then not even 15 seconds later the guy initiates battle with me again.
It does this infinitely.

Hi there, I'm trying to understand what the exact issue is here. To ensure players can escape enemies and not get caught in a loop, they are given 7 seconds of the avoidance effect which stops Pokemon and NPCs from initiating battle for that time.

From my understanding, this is working fine? You just happened to be there when the time ran out, as the NPC is set to unlimited encounters and to engage in distance (you can change this via the NPC editor).

Oh I didn't actually know that was supposed to happen. So this is actually a feature in the game? And you said you can change this via the npc editor? Sorry I thought this was a glitch.
