9.1.5 ultra wormholes not spawning pending

Ticket description:
I have been playing on a pretty new pixelmon server for the past few days with my friends and a wormhole to ultra space has not spawned yet. When typing the /checkspawns command, wormholes do not show in that either. I know they are set to true in my code for the mod but i do not know why they are not spawning. using the /summon pixelmon:ultra_wormhole ~ ~5 ~ does work to spawn them but i want to spawn them naturally, and not having to use a command everytime i want to go to ultra space.
