1.16.5 JUMP! Textures for pokemon other than Magikarp are not found duplicate

Ticket description:
I have been fishing for hours on multiple different servers and single player games. The only JUMP! textures i have found were Magikarps. I have fished in multiple locations with different good and super rods with supreme rarity and nothing. My friend event tired to fish and they have had the same problem. The missing pokemon JUMP! Textures are Shellos, Clobbopus, Slugma, and Spheal. Please help!

Thank you for the report! Technically this bug has already been reported here tracker.php?p=2&t=20149 (despite this ticket having a more accurate description) so I'll be marking this as a duplicate. But rest assured, this bug has been moved to our internal tracker. Have a nice day!
