[9.1.5] Skiddo line spawn biome typo? pending

Ticket description:
Among the biomes in which Skiddo and Gogoat may spawn in their JSONs is "byg:snowy_evergreen_taiga_hills". However, in Oh Biomes You'll Go there are only Snowy Evergreen Taiga and Snowy Evergreen Hills.
