Arc Chalice 9.2.7 Pixelmon 1.20.2 Minecraft fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
When placing all 18 "Arceus" plates into the Arc Chalice, the Arc Chalice shows that there is a 19th slot for a place, but there are only 18. I tried placing the Legend Plate into the Chalice and still did not work. The Chalice does not show any sign of spawning an Arceus.

After going to bed and waking up the next morning, finding the exact same situation with the Arc Chalice as last night, over 10 hours ago.
