When a move is loaded into a Blank Paldean TM, you can see the progress of the TM, but once it reaches 100, the TM disappears from the Pokémon's held item, and the empty slot appears, as if nothing had been given and without having the TM of the desired move.

Can confirm! Looks like the method used in TM creation is missing code for Paldean TMs, so once the 100 move uses are completed, the item gets set to a null item rather than the completed TM as expected.
