the mod developer of biomes o plenty does not support biomes o plenty 1.8.9..
spawn of psyduck does not support minecraft above 1.8.9
so this issue cant be resolved by the user if the user wishes to use bop.

SoP is going to get a code makeover final 1.8.9, since it seems incompatible with 4.3, and will then be ported to 1.10.2, i know that only the 1.9.4 version of BoP is supported as i frequent their Discord server
