When my Porygon2 attempted evolution via /tradesim, the Dubious Disk appeared to be consumed, and the panel on the left of the screen displayed Porygon-Z. However, the pokemon's texture in the world remained that of Porygon2, and if it is given another item to hold, the Dubious Disk appears to be thrown out of the player's inventory. Additionally, upon re-logging, it appears as if the evolution did not happen at all.
