I have a problem with the /pokeedit command.
I want to increase the EV or IV by just one point with the command. So I do: /pokeedit Yoshun 1 IVHP: +1
(And I tried other way like IVHP:++ or IVHP+1)
It doesn't work, it doesn't increase the IV, it sets it to 1. Same for EV. Same for IVSpecialAttack or whatever the stat.
Sorry if this is just another command to make, I didn't get a response on Discord.

I have the latest versions on my server :
Pixelmon 8.2.0 with PixelExtras 2.5.12.
Forge 14.23.5.2854 with SpongeForge 7.3.0.

unfortunately the /pokeedit command doesn't support such actions as it only supports the pixelmon-mod specs: https://pixelmonmod.com/wiki/Pokemon_spec
Therefore what you are trying to achieve is not possible without a custom solution.
