I have been traveling with my beloved Snom for awhile and I finally got it to the point where it would evolve, however, unfortunately it won't and can't evolve, not even with commands, I had slight experience like this a bit earlier in the playthrough with Hisuian Qwilfish trying to evolve it with a water stone like the wiki says, I don't know if that one got changed though. Using the "/evolve" command only resulted in the game telling me that the pokemon couldn't evolve further, i did not try this with Qwilfish however. maxing out Snom's happiness and leveling it up at night also did nothing.
