Celebi has petit limbs, arms are too big, too long and too square
feet are also too big

If Celebi doesn't stop eating soon, the limbs wont be petit.

your eyes are pure derp to say the least, they need to be closer to the together
close the mouth of the model
make the points on its head.... actual points
and I have no idea why you made the leaf point towards the front but make it level with the ground and give it a curve

make it skinnier

your face is flat, needs to be more round
its neck needs to curve out then back in and conenct like a flower, if you dont know how flowers do that.... go outside and find one
give the feet a little lump

leaves need to be thicker and be symmetrical

and once you do those changes we'll go from there
