Celebi has petit limbs, arms are too big, too long and too square
feet are also too big

If Celebi doesn't stop eating soon, the limbs wont be petit.

as you can see, his stem isnt smack in the middle like yours, his face has a drastic curve, and the back is sort of liek the spin and is consistent sort of speak
you can also make the park connecting the legs longer, its more of an oval, you have a circle
your legs are too far, and your feet are too small, they are also not like human feet, the leg should be in more of the center of the foot

thats jsut a better reference for the feet

just make is legs straight, yours are at a slant, and for his arms, just put them on the sides, dont have them stick out or anything, jsut put them on the sides..... hard to explain just edit it and show me and we'll go from there
