The mouth is kinda bothering me a little with the end points of it. Here's some examples.

I have it almost exactly like it was in the reference model, but i'll change it. I can't do too much with it though. Thanks.

Also guys I just noticed something, getting the colors for Kecleon from his artwork, for the first time, may have been a bad idea. Literally it's the ONLY picture where the zigzag is purple-ish instead of red. Almost every other picture in existence has red instead of Purple. Even in the anime and Battle Revolution. Should I change it to red? I most likely should, i'm not even sure why i'm asking...

Nah. I know for a fact I have his head size right.

Anyway, updated main post with new colors and mouth fix. (It may be difficult to see the mouth fix but i'm pretty sure I got it right. Less pointy, more curved.)
