Now i am able to give you some more better feedback.
The nose should fill the center of his mask, meaning you should either A. make his nose bigger at the point where it's connected at it's mask or B. you should make the mask less wide (z-axis).
I would go with B. or a combination of both.
Also if you could add elbows to the arms it would look better as well. (Btw, you can pose his arms like you would see them in-game)

Polygons are commonly referred to as faces inside modeling programs.
So basically he means that you should reduce the amount of squares (or any shape) on the body parts he marked.
