Flatten the back of the head and move that point as arsonist said and model his 3rd eye on there
Hopefully we can rig it to open and close so model the eye and the eyelid
And i know thats not a pretty picture of the model but its a basic shape of Jirachi

is that an official model ? it's creeping me out, seriously ._.
back to topic, no need to flatten the back of the head. the official pbr model is like that too
also, i don't think the 3rd eye needs to be rigged since it only opens in rare'esque events in the movies and its often closed in the games (in pbr too) it only needs to be textured closed. also, i fixed the forwarded point already but will post it in the next update
