The little feathers on the side, they're no arms are they? On the artwork they look more like a lion's mane you know? around the neck because it goes all around it, not just the sides. Just not totally in-front, there seems to be a little hole there. Check this
Then the ones on top of its head, the middle one should be longer than the 2 others, from what I see in the artwork anyway.
Also, I'd like to mention, I love the eyes, it looks so much like one character of a manga I was just reading, she is awsome and always got that little star in her eyes, that's nowhere else in the manga.
Just my little touch. I love your model though, don't misjudge me.
