Update: Berry Trees & Growth

These are my attempts at making the Berry plants of Pokemon in minecraft

the soil Plot covering the seeds

i decided to have the first example tree be a Cheri Berry Tree this is its stage one

They look good, but its hard to see because of Techne having to deal with the transparencies.

actually no, he just didnt add anything transparent, he must likely used paint to texture

this is my first time modeling anything and no i did not use paint, used Gimp 2.
updated & fixed most of the visual problems, what does everyone think?

I think you could get a lot more detail in there if you used HD textures. They look pretty good as is, but an HD texture would really make them shine I think. Here's a link to the tutorial if you're not sure how to make one.

Tried some HD textureing on the plot & sprout.

(edited the sprout to be shorter)
(edited the sprout leaves to be less blurry)
how do they look?
