Nice model but one of the feathers on the tail needs to be smaller than the other.

The head is waaaaay too small compared to the body. The body should be like, half of the head's height.

It's definitely too fat body wise and the head isn't right. It's arms are too bent and the ends of the hands are really pointed. Also the two flaps below it's chin are too pointy. And the feet need to be a little thicker like the legs go and then thin out the feet. And on the front of the feet it should be longer and in the back behind the leg it should be a bit shorter.
