I think what he means is that it Needs facial expressions, quirky Gimmicks, some sweat for when it gets tuckered out. Possibly a zazzy "don't take no shiz" walk with it's behind poking out making you think "mmmmhmmmmmmmmm". It also Needs a mustuache, a fake tan and Collagen.
