Pixelmon is not allowed in any modpack whatsoever. The same goes with direct download links to Pixelmon. The only place where Pixelmon is to be downloaded is officially from the download link on these forums. If modpacks are not removed when asked to, different means of measure may have to be taken. PM me when Pixelmon has been removed from the modpack, and I shall unlock this thread.
