All you'd have to do I'd think is put the files located in it into your world folder to have the world already made up with buildings and such which you can then craft to your own desires. I am using one myself for my SP that I have found 2 cities so far, one of which has a building that I use as a pokecenter for healing pokemon. Due to the extensive travel time I am also using TeamFortress 2's teleporter mod to set up teleportation pads from cities back to the main city where I spawned.
