i lost every pokemon i had, could u respawn them? its the least u could do and give me some of the TMs they knew

I cant find the image, I had Espeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon and Mew
Espeon was lvl 69 a runt, Umbreon was Pygmy lvl 48, Jolteon was lvl 34, Vapoeron was lvl 50 and Flareon was lvl 36 were normal and mew was Pygmy. plz help me
