You are actually better to do it this way:
Upload the image to an image sharing site like imgur then right click the image, say copy image url and paste it between [ img] [/img ] tags (obviously without the spaces)

Thanks for your help but i think im a bit too stupid to find it on my computer i took the screenshot about 7 times but i cant find it lol

Any screenshot you take with Minecraft is saved in the Screenshots folder, in the .minecraft folder.
