I think this is an awesome idea!
Generally it seems to me that teleportation is less hard on the server than flying (which I found from having sidemods for warping and such next to pixelmon.) I would suggest there should be a config where these fly beacons could be set to spawn naturally in towns that generate on the map. Also, I would like to see there be two other options for the config: to have this AND the flight we have now, or to have this replace the current flight system.
