I know you can edit trainers with the proper item in your hand, but can't you make it so that you can spawn a custom trainer with custom pokemon via a command?

I would love being able to spawn a trainer with random pokemon so i can make my own battle frontier!

Or is this already possible? (Without 1000000 command blocks )
