Or perhaps a better option for this would be to allow each box to be "typed" so that only pokemon of that type could be put in the box until that typing was changed? Either way would be insanely helpful.

Also the ability to move multiple Pokemon between boxes at a time. Sorting your boxes and knowing where your Pokemon are is one of the most important parts of the competitive game.

Makes it easier to move pokemon around and arranging your PC, also saw a suggestion to add a search box so you can search for specific Pokemon. If you want to find you snorlax just type in snorlax and all your snorlaxes will show up, or just have it tell you in which boxes they are in
