Add a block, that disables flying on pokemon, breaking blocks, or placing blocks within a certain radius or bounds.

Reason? Gyms. Totally takes the feel away when I can just scale over the wall in the grass gym to get to the gym leader.

I mean sure, I don't have to do that, but the fact that I can makes the whole design of gyms redundant, no?
