- 07 Aug 2016 09:56 #181637 Where it says the world types like default or superflat it should have all the regions in it (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, and then in later versions, Alola!). In those world types it has there gen specific pokemon and starter pokemon and you play the pokemon games in minecraft. That would be a great edition to the mod.

- 07 Aug 2016 10:55 #181646 Creating maps like that takes ages even for experienced map maker teams. We tried to have the community create our very own region, but that one failed. I doubt the devs are going to greenlight aomething similar anytime soon unless the people proposing it can provide good arguments why it won't fail...
There are a few good Johto/Kanto maps out there, but to include those we'd have to get permission from the maker. The regions' layout, names, characters etc. would also be taken straight from the original games - something we try to avoid as much as possible (because copyright).

All in all I don't see it as likely that this will happen.
