This suggestion is one of the smaller and simpler ones. I'd like to see the PC boxes with customizable names, just like the Pokémon games. It makes things easier to find if you're looking for a certain Pokémon, eggs, or battle team.
E.G: Some shinies look very similar or even the same to the regular form so it would be helpful to name the box so you know where they are. It's a lot quicker than clicking on details to find the star icon. :)
