Pixelmon Mod

It's very strange that these two items are not yet implemented considering the fact that you can increase the maximum PP of moves ever since Gen 1. They would be obtainable from Poké Loots and from defeating bosses (PP Max being the rarer one, of course).

There's been some discussion on adding these on the Discord, but from what I remember there were some technical difficulties preventing them from being added. I do remember this being about a year ago, so maybe things have changed there. It's definitely something that comes up a lot, so if it is doable it'll probably be in at some point.

This has now been implemented as of 7.0.6 so gonna lock this up
