Pixelmon Mod

What this would entail would be so that in the settings for the host, they can make it so that people who don't have the OT of Hidden Ability Pokemon could not breed them. It would keep their value on LAN/Servers where it would normally spread like wildfire and become way too common.

Have a developer make a mod for this. This serves no purpose in the main Pixelmon mod and is an optional add-on that our open API can be used for.
