Allow custom pokemon textures to point to sprites

When creating a custom pokemon texture, it would be wonderful if we could also associate a sprite to that texture using the same name as the custom texture folder.

e.g. custom-blue would also associate to a form name of "blue" for that sprite.

So if I created a "blue" skin for bulbasaur, I could then create a matching sprite and end up with a structure like this inside the resource pack:

We decided a while ago we're not going to support this, There is a major technical difference in the way sprites work vs textures.
