Hello. I think you should create an NPC that can teach abilities (those like forage or other that you choose pressing b). You could teach new abilities for diamonds, ores and items, just like you do in move tutor. It would be nice.

Move Skills depend on the moves your Pokémon knows. So the Move Tutor effectively already does this.
