most other starters' final evolutions are rideable, and most aren't even known to be rideable.
However, Empoleon is canonically rideable in the games and yet you can't ride him for some reason. I just want to be able to ride him on water.
He's ridden for a large portion of the pokemon rangers shadows of almia game, and is cannonically able to break icebergs in the water with it's head forks
given enough force. I honestly don't care about the icebergs part, but he should definitely be a water mount.
i don't care about any new animations just tip him over and throw him into the water
