I feel as if it would be nice to have this as an end game object for when your team has out-leveled most wild mon and strong trainer mon are the only ones left to catch. While this item should be ineffective on other players it would be nice to capture NPC's mon. Of course this item should be rather expensive, possibly crafted using modern netherite and other expensive items.
