In the games if a regional form is holding an everstone its offspring are guaranteed to be that regional form. Might be a nice consistency to add for Alolan (and eventually Galarian) breeding in Pixelmon.

I agree. Since the different regional forms can be found in different biomes, it makes sense to use this mechanic for breeding regional forms.

Also, it seems that if both parents are holding an Everstone, the offspring will be the same form as the mother.* Incorporating this aspect might help prevent bugs/crashing if the Everstone mechanic of breeding is incorporated.

* Please note that this does not seem to be mentioned on either Bulbapedia or Serebii. I actually only found out about this from searching "pokemon regional form breeding meowth" on Google.
