#205440 Here I have some suggestions as to how pixelmon could implement minecraft into its gameplay.

A few minor changes would have to be applied for this to become truly effective. Mostly to do with status effects. If a pokemon is on fire or is in lava it should be automatically given burn effect (Exception of Fire types). If a pixelmon falls through the end it automatically is knocked out. If it falls in water in a cold biome it could have a 30% chance of being frozen (but only upon entry) (excluding ice types), battling a pokemon in tall grass would cause a chance of the pokemon getting help from those of the same species. Changes such as this could make many encounters much more interesting.

These obstacles would pay off in battles with legendary pokemon. Imgaine having to build an Arena to battle deoxys in space. Or have heatran swim in lava lakes and you have to fight him directly (and suffer burn damage) or build a way to fight him without getting burned.

Many legendaries would have major elevations in their battles because of environmental challenges and it would cause a closer integration of systems if legendaries were designed around environmental obstacles. I apologize if this is overly ambitious or confusing.
