Hey! So I know Galarian Articuno is currently obtainable via spawning. But my suggestion is once all three of the birds are implemented fully, the way they are obtainable should be similar to the normal birds (The Orbs). Maybe also add a config option to alter the rate at which a Galarian Bird will spawn from an orb + shrine.

A method is unlikely to be decided until we see them in the crown tundra update; there may be a method we can adapt straight from the games
