allow wooloos/mareep to grow back their wool/eat grass inside ranch blocks if they have grass blocks around the ranch blocks and also allow the owner of the pokemon to shear them while they are in a ranch block

also allow them to be dyed while in a ranch block and force grow back their wool if you feed them grass that you gather using shears
