#208002 So recently the breeding mechanics were changed to not allow the father to pass down TM moves to offspring, due to this not being a mechanic since Gen 5. However, this happened without considering the effect this has in worlds that use the Gen 4- mechanics of TM reusability.

In Gen 4 and before, TMs were not reusable, but TMs could be passed down through breeding.
In Gen 5, TMs were reusable, and TMs could be passed down through breeding.
In Gen 6 and onward, TMs were reusable, but TMs could not be passed down through breeding.
In Pixelmon with the reusable TMs setting off, TMs are not reusable AND TMs cannot be passed down through breeding.

This makes Pixelmon servers who opt to use the Gen 4- mechanics for TM usage arbitrarily harder to obtain TM moves in than any actual Pokemon game, since they don't also use the Gen 4- mechanics for TM inheritance that balanced the availability of TMs in those games.

I suggest the config option be less so "Allow Reusable TMs" and moreso "Use Gen 4 TM Mechanics" - where TMs are not reusable BUT such moves can be passed down to offspring, making the availability equivalent to how it was in Gen 4 instead of harder.
