Pixelmon Mod

Currently achieve this with a resource pack but a see-through item frame item that doesn't require a user to download a resource pack would greatly improve frame rates when having to put a lot of item frames near eachother (e.g. at a shop with the pokephotos in the frames, or when a player wants to display them all)
