I don't know if its being worked on but adding in the rest of the gym types and the battle frontier facilities. Also for badges maybe make it so that once you get the badges for one region a pokemon league for said region will spawn rarely in a town or something

As a alternative to this have it so that pokemon league "buildings" spawn and you can only challenge that if you have the set of badges needed to challenge that one but it takes the badges away from you and if you find another one of that pokemon league you have to get a whole new set of the badges
