EF Floette's spawn chance is about 1 in 3000, only findable with sweet scent during morning in a flower forest. Basically shiny odds, albiet almost worse given you cannot hunt for this thing any time you want. If this was just a skin, then sure, make it rare as f!!k, but this isnt just a skin. It has a different and unique base stat total, making it its own Pokemon.
A base Pokemon should not be as rare as a shiny.
Sure, EF Floette isnt godly, but it is it's own Pokemon, and if a player wants to use a normal Pokemon, they should be able to reasonably obtain it. RNG is harsh enough on survival players, having a Pokemon locked behind a .0003% percent chance is just not fair nor fun.
Theres ways to make it better. Have lures work on sweet scent, make catch combos affect special forms encounter chance, make it a special spawn or summon, have us murder a floette in cold blood revive it and then gaslight it into thinking we weren't the one who committed the crime, anything to make it easier to obtain.
RNG of this level is not fun. I want to use a Pokemon on a survival world without having to go through severe agony to get it.
