Just something I think would be cool as a Special Texture would be inverse skins for the Legendary duos.
Things like Blue Groudon and Red Kyogre, Black Reshiram and White Zekrom, Blue Latias and Red Latios, etc.
Could have them spawn similar to the Meta Groudon or Alter Rayquaza, need the partner in your first slot for a chance at the inverse poke.
