While thinking recently I came to the realization that the way you get the first Spiritomb in PLA is almost the exact same as how we get the Zygarde cells in Pixelmon. I don't know if its feasible to make Spiritomb available like this but it would make it so you have to at least work a little to get it like in gen 4 and PLA.
