I would like to suggest that chests have a rare chance to have a booster pack contained in them as an option for players to get a little head start on their collections, and an even rarer chance for a starter deck to be contained within the chests. This could also be a togglable option within the configs for those that wish to have gaining packs by defeating pokemon.
