Allow server owners to change the skill level of the raid Teamates
You should have 4 options
Option 1: Keep it how it is
Option 2: Slightly better pokemon
Option 3: Better pokemon
Option 4: Scale the pokemon depending on how many actual players are there (ex: 1 normal player with better pokemon and ai, 2 normal players with slightly better pokemon and ai, 3 normal players with the default Pokemon and ai)
