Currently, there are no evolution stone ores in the Nether, so maybe there can be a Netherrack version of Fire Stone ore in the Netherrack walls of the Nether similar to Nether Quartz ore and the Netherrack version of gold ore. After all, the Nether is a fiery, lava-filled dimension that contains multiple Fire-type Pokemon. Right now, Fire Stone ore only spawns in stone in the Overworld near lava.

I would also suggest that Dusk Stone ore have a version for blackstone or basalt due to the number of Ghost-types in the Nether, but Dusk stone is part of that Dawn/Dusk stone ore mechanic and Dawn stone ore would not make sense for the Nether. Perhaps there can alternatively or additionally be a basalt version or blackstone version of Fire Stone ore for Basalt Deltas.

Basically, I think Fire Stones would look good embedded in Netherrack, blackstone, or basalt.
